Maps of Tassie

I was lucky enough to slip away last month (or was it the month before?) to Tassie with some lovely friends.  We stayed right on the harbour.   Fresh salty air, boats and seagulls. (talking, champagne, eating.......)

The Sea Shepherd was there - what a fantastic job they do!!!

I had some delicious (and cute) pots of chai at some groovy little cafes.

We went by ferry to the amazing MONA art gallery.  (Museum of Old and New Art).  What a wonder full  place.  Mona's owner David Walsh is a very interesting man (you can read about him here.)

We started our exploration of the gallery with a 'Mad Hatter's Tea party'.

We lounged around on pink bean bags with a bottle of red and a plough man's lunch after all the exertions of walking around the gallery.

Some cool street performers at the Salamanca markets.

Matching car and sandals!

The apartment where we stayed was above the Drunken Admiral.
All in all a lovely interlude!!
