Harrissa
Ingredients:
10-12 dried red chili peppers - 100grams
3 cloves garlic
1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
2-3 tsp lemon juice
Put it all in the blender, wizz it all up and store in the fridge for up to a month.
It is a bit hot for me but Trisso loves it!
